We are conveniently located off the Dunbar exit of I-64 with ample free parking and are wheelchair accessible.
OUR POLICIES
Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Should you need to change your appointment kindly give 24 hours’ notice so we may give another patient the opportunity.
We electronically submit all insurance forms for you. We are a provider for multiple dental insurance networks, please inquire when you make an appointment. Our trained staff will be able to assist with your benefits if you are able to provide mailing address, group and member numbers and employer.
